About Jordan
At the very tender age of six Jordan came to know God from a supernatural encounter that has not left his memory. Jordan recalls being spiritually whipped by the Holy Spirit after blaspheming His name. This experienced created a realness about God and a conviction to do what was right, which drew Jordan towards Christ.
At 14 years old, Jordan felt it was time to take God more seriously and began surrounding himself with those who had accepted salvation to learn from them. During this time, Jordan experienced his own cross to carry from feelings of abandonment, rejection, inadequacy and pervasive depression which sent him down a path of identity confusion. However, Jordan held on to his idea of God and it was not until Jordan was in his twenties his life began to take a different turn. Through reading the word and pouring himself out to God, He began to understand Divine love and the purpose of salvation nearly a decade after accepting Christ into his life. True salvation is not just accepting Christ but it is understanding the power of the cross through forgiveness and love (intimacy) with Christ as a new creation. Jordan believes being a Christ follower is to recognize who we were, who we are and who we are becoming, which is most powerful to our walk with God through Christ. To recognize who we were, who we are and who we are becoming is to recognize Christ. To recognize Christ is to identify what we have available in Him.
Jordan serves in his local church in the media ministry and other departments to spread the word of God from the pulpit to the airways and maintaining the structure of God’s church. Jordan holds a master’s degree in Clinical – Social Work, where he currently works in social service serving the people of New York City.
